Rensan was co-founded in 2009 by Renu Menezes. Renu has over two decades of experience in Human Resources both nationally and internationally in various industries including, Biotech, Software Engineering services, E-commerce, Consulting Services and Executive Recruitment. She is a people focused, innovative leader who has led HR strategy and organization development for companies through start-up, growth, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring. She has successfully built award-winning HR programs helping companies reach best places to work accolades. She has also provided guidance for organizations at the board and executive management levels and has provided executive coaching to CEOs and Senior Leadership teams.
